Cash / Cheque:

Visit our office at Central Business Park, Thapathali, Kathmandu and pay the registration fee. Please note your User ID to identify yourself while paying the amount.

Terms and conditions
  • Please note that, once the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming your registration for the event.
  • If you have made payment through cheque, you will receive the confirmation email only after the cheque has been successfully deposited.
  • Cancellation Charge
    The following cancellation charges will apply:

    Till Feb. 2 : 100% Refund will be made
    Till Feb. 3 : 75% Refund will be made
    Till Feb. 4 : 25% Refund will be made
    After Feb. 5 : No Refunds or cancellation but we’re happy to accommodate anyone who substitute your place.
